Do I have to register to buy and sell products on Keep the Label?

Yes. To use the services, offered by Keep the Label, you must register an account via a special form.  You can access it by clicking on the “Register” button, located on the website’ main page. After creating an account, you can straight away proceed to buying and selling products.

I already have an account, but I can’t sign in. What can I do?  

There are two reasons for such situation:

  1. You entered an incorrect login (e-mail address) or password.

In such case please check whether they are correct.

  1. You have forgotten your password.

In this case please click on the button “Have you forgotten your password?”, located on the sign-in page. Then we will send to your e-mail address a message with a link, enabling you to change your password.

If apart from the this you weren’t able to sign in, please contact us.

Can I sign into my account via social media services?

Yes. You can sign in into your account via other services, cooperating with Keep the Label.

Can my account get suspended or blocked?

Yes. In justified cases Keep the Label can temporarily limit the access to certain services, or infinitely or definitely suspend the User’s account.

Keep the Label can introduce the above limitations for the following reasons:

  1. Due to justified concerns about the account’s or transaction’s safety.
  2. Due to the User’s actions, which violate the Rules and Regulations.

Can I set up more than one account?

Yes. You can register more than one account provided each of them is assigned to a different e-mail address.

How can I sign up for the newsletter?

You just need to enter the website’s main page and enter your e-mail address in the newsletter page. After confirming the will to receive the latest info from Keep the Label and accepting its Privacy Policy, please click the “Send” button.

What is Keep the Label’s role in buying in selling products?

The Keep The Label serves as an intermediary between its users in the whole buying/selling process.  We also guarantee the quality check and authenticity verification of all the products, put up for sale, as well as we assure the safety of the executed transactions.

What does the preliminary verification of the registered products consist in?

The preliminary verification of the registered product consists in an analysis of the content of your offer, in particular the description and photos, conducted by a team of experts.

If the product is verified negatively, Keep the Label may ask you to provide additional documents, proving the product’s authenticity.

Please remember that not providing the documents within 2 business days will result in cancelling the offer.

What does the proper verification consist in?

The proper verification consists in a physical examination of the product with regard to its authenticity and conformity with the provided description. It is conducted by the Keep the Label team of experts after shipping to product by the Seller.

Do I remain anonymous while making the transaction?

Yes. Keep the Label acts as an intermediary of both parties, while executing the contract, therefore there is no requirement to indicate the data of the other party.

What kind of payment does Keep the Label accept?

We accept:
Pay Pal
PayU for Polish users.

How long does it take to process an order?

After conducting an agreement between you and the Seller, the Seller is obliged to send the purchased product to the address, provided by Keep the Label, within two business days. After conducting the proper verification of the product’s authenticity, Keep the Label will immediately send it to you. The standard delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Can I return the purchased product?

Yes. You may return the purchased product within 14 days from the delivery date, if you withdraw from the agreement within this time. The product should be returned within 14 days from sending to Keep the Label a statement on withdrawing from the contract of simultaneously.

Please remember that the returned product, as a rule, must be returned in an unchanged state.

The returns are only accepted by sellers, who are not consumers.

Can I make a complaint?

Yes. You can make a complaint when in your opinion the services, offered by Keep The Label, are not carried out according to the Rules and Regulations.  

The complaint can be sent in an electronic form to the e-mail address:

The complaint should at least contain the User’s e-mail address (login), the description of the filed reservations, and a proposal of solving the filed complaint.

We will handle your complaint within 14 business days from its receipt.
